At Adorable Affordable, our items are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know. Customer service is very important to us and we want you to be 110% happy with your purchase. In the event that a refund/credit note or exchange is required, we will issue you with a Returns Authority Number. This must be included with your return or exchange.

All items returned for exchange, refund or a credit note must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn, within 14 days. A copy of your order & receipt must accompany the returned item. If an exchange of the same item can not be made by Adorable Affordable, then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 3 months.

Please send your parcel back to us by registered mail. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. You can also bring your items for exchange or credit into our Adorable Affordable store in Nedlands.

Adorable Affordable reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet our requirements. No exchanges or refunds will be made on sale items, unless they are faulty.
